Esperanza Silver Corporation is an exploration company committed to discovering new precious-metal deposits, leveraging off the track record of its management and field exploration teams. Since the start of its exploration activities in 2003 its geologists have discovered two exceptional gold projects: San Luis in Peru and Cerro Jumil in Mexico. Esperanza continues its new prospect generation activity while advancing these two projects through the resource definition stage.
The Company's objective is to discover precious-metal deposits, establish resources and then either joint venture them with a partner or sell them. Joint-venture partners will be considered based on their financial and operating abilities.
San Luis, Peru--an exciting bonanza-grade gold and silver epithermal vein system discovered through grassroots exploration. Five kilometers of the vein system are exposed on surface. The first round of diamond-core drilling began in September 2006. San Luis is a joint-venture with Silver Standard Resources which can earn up to an 80% interest by funding the property through to production. Get up to $4500-5000 installment loans for bad credit and solve all you problems!
Cerro Jumil, Mexico--a bulk-tonnage, open-pit gold project. Gold was discovered in the first phase of drilling and subsequent prospecting located widespread gold mineralization adjacent to the drill holes. Phase II drilling is complete and two zones have been identified which are open along strike. The project is 100%-owned by Esperanza.
Esperanza is well funded, with C$17.6 million in its treasury at the end of February 2007. In addition, in-the-money warrants will provide cash flow of C$1.7 million by November 2007.
